Let Me Take You To The Best Places!

Services

Welcome to Stan Green’s Elite Guide Service on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. As your U.S. Coast Guard licensed and insured guide, I pride myself in making certain your trip is fun and educational.
Whether you’re fishing for fun or pre-fishing for an upcoming tournament, I’ve got you covered.
My expertise is pretty much bass and crappie. Could do others but we’ll have to discuss this when trip is finalized.

To make your trip safe and memorable you will be fishing out of a very roomy Vexus VX21 with a Mercury Pro XS250 equipped with all of the latest electronics from Garmin including LiveScope. Ever wanted to learn what Garmin LiveScope is all about? It’s an amazing tool and I’ll show some of the basics.

Rates for one or two people:
Four hour trip $400
Six hour trip $600
Eight hour trip $800
I accept major credit cards or cash. I allow a 10% discount for cash payment. Click Here to Make Your Deposit

All rates 1 or 2 people, additional person $100 maximum of 3 people per boat. If you have a larger group I may be able to line up more licensed guides to accommodate your trip but will need enough time to do so.

Due to extreme boat traffic, for your safety and enjoyment, summer months trips on Lake Ozark will, for the most part, be 4 hour trips with very early starts (first light) or late afternoon into evening.
I can do 6 hour evening trips that extend to night. Night fishing on Lake Ozark and Pomme de Terre, mid May thru August is quite an experience. I’ll customize to meet your needs.

All trips include everything you need for a successful day.

Included: Rods and reels Tackle (Some of the lures we use will be custom made by me and may be purchased) Drinks

Deposit policy: I require a $50 deposit per trip to confirm the booking and hold the date. You can mail me a check or use the Paypal link to pay this deposit. This deposit is 100% refundable no questions asked more than 14 days before the trip and will be refunded up to 48 hours before the trip if I am able to rebook. You can also pre-pay for the entire trip. Full payment is required for trips cancelled within 48 hours and for “no-shows.” This is due to it being nearly impossible to rebook in 2 days.

I almost never cancel trips due to inclement weather. The only weather conditions that might cause a cancellation are severe thunderstorms forecast to last all day and a forecast for all day wind of 30mph or more. Start times adjustments are more common place in these conditions. Ice or extreme cold, less than 20 degrees, might also lead to weather cancellations. Cancellations due to weather are 100% refundable or you can choose to transfer to another day.

You should plan to bring: Each angler must possess or purchase a Missouri fishing license, rain gear, a hat, headlamp (night fishing), polarized sunglasses, extra clothing, sunscreen, a camera, drinks besides water, snacks, and live bait (if you choose to use bait). Make sure to bring rain gear and a spare layer or two. We will discuss what more or less you’ll need when we finalize trip.

Licenses can be purchased locally at Fitz Fishing or can be purchased at Walmart and many smaller tackle and bait shops or they can be purchased over the phone and on-line with the information below:

Tired of the boat traffic on Lake Ozark? I have extensive knowledge of Pomme De Terre lake, approximately 45 minutes west of Camdenton, and can customize a trip for you there too.

I also can provide limited trips to Table Rock lake mainly from November thru February. These are very good instructional trips for the Garmin LiveScope.

Keeping Fish
Due to very heavy fishing pressure on our lakes, I very strongly encourage catch and release for Largemouth and Smallmouth bass on all trips. If you catch a once in a lifetime bass I’ll still encourage release but will take all measurements and pictures to ensure you can have an accurate replica made. However, at the end of the day, it’s your fish. White bass and Crappie are the species that most people keep to eat. Spotted bass (Kentucky bass) also may be kept for eating and are decent.

With Stan Green’s Elite Guide Service you will have wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! 🙂
